Great opportunity to work with top 20 Minnesota CPA firm to provide training and recruitment support.  Manage onboarding programs, coordinate software and job specific training, provide follow-up training on new versions of Microsoft Office products, lead health & well-being and lunch & learn programs. Will monitor and track CPE requirements and work with staff to identify relevant courseware.  Enhance already impressive college relations program, participate in on campus events throughout the year and recruit intern candidates.

Requires bachelor's degree in human resources or training and 1-3 years related experience. Must have excellent presentation skills, engaging, enthusiastic personality, demonstrated ability to be approachable yet professional.  Requires excellent MS Office products knowledge; Microsoft Office Specialist certification desirable.
