Humera is looking a Business Support Specialist I for a major grocery retail and supply chain company located in Eden Prairie. Responsibilities:
- Maintain complex records, collect data and information for special reports while checking information for accuracy
- Respond to inquiries about area of responsibility, prepare letters for responses to customers, answer phones and transfer them as needed
- Update systems on computer and prepare/balance data
- Check information for accuracy
- Prepare form letters in response to customer issues
- Prepare and balance data
- Answer department phones as needed and route to appropriate area
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
- Able to follow written/verbal instructions
- Extensive ability to multi-task
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Accounting background desired
