Lake Region Medical, a first generation medical device manufacturer and world’s leader in guide-wire devices, is growing its IT department.

Job Summary:

Provide problem-solving support to computer users inclusive of software, peripheral devices, time and attendance hardware, and phones.

Accountabilities include:

PC support

• Primary responsibilities include managing PC rollout, imaging and configuration using SCCM. Help Desk support with an emphasis on PC imaging and configuration. Windows 7 OS

Help Desk Support

• Use of call tracking software, and issue tracking system, Heat Ticket tracking software by Front Range Solutions

Applications Support

• Provides primary support on multiple applications such as MS Office, Autodesk, Adobe Acrobat, Lync

skills and knowledge required:

• Bachelors degree in related field preferred, or AAS degree with minimum 5 years experience

• Minimum 3 years experience working as level 1 or level 2 IT Help Desk Technician, experience working in manufacturing environments a plus

• Experience using imaging software, SCCM experience a plus

• Working knowledge of Hardware and Software troubleshooting techniques

• Good organization and time management skills

• Committed to producing quality work

• Has a high attention to detail
