Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota is seeking experienced applicants with an in-depth knowledge of mass communications/public relations techniques gained through a combination of formal education, on-going training, and relevant work experiences. Knowledge of health care financing and delivery systems and the health insurance industry a plus.

The Communication Project Manager position will provide leadership and the direction necessary to ensure that the Creative Services team is successful in meeting the external and internal communication needs of the organization and the people it serves. Strong communication and presentation skills required along with strengths in branding, personal leadership and motivational techniques; experience working with an advertising and/or public relations agency helpful. Prefer 5-10 years experience in the above stated areas and a bachelor's degree in mass communications or related field.
