Netrix IT has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to lead, direct and coordinate the sales and marketing functions of the company. The Sales Manager responsibilities include hiring and direct supervision of Account Executives both in our Eagan and Fargo locations and building a cohesive team across the both regions.

The successful candidate will have 10 years of sales and 5+ years of supervisory experience. Extensive experience in commodity and non-commodity products, inside and outside sales and supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, as well as a proven ability to develop strong internal and external customer relationships. Ability to motivate and manage others.
