Job Description: Review Appraiser with a valid Residential Appraiser License

***Per the hiring manager; It is a REQUIREMENT that all candidates are a current Licensed Real Estate Appraiser, we do not want anyone sent to us that is not an appraiser.
Primary Responsibilities: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Conduct thorough desk reviews of appraisals and broker price opinions to validate appraised value based upon logical analysis and sound judgment
• Perform reviews to ensure quality and accuracy of valuations, USPAP, FIRREA, and compliance with Rels Valuation and secondary market requirements
• Prepare timely, detailed reports identifying issues and areas of concern
• Manage ACS-JV Quality Assurance Program
• Place orders with contracted vendors and follow up to ensure on time delivery
Education or Experience required for position: EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Valid Residential Appraiser License
• Extensive knowledge of appraisal practices as would normally be acquired through 3-5 years of appraisal experience
• Ability to analyze data, draw sound conclusions and summarize results
• Detail oriented and self motivated, ability to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Relationship management skills as demonstrated by the ability to effectively partner with internal and external customers
• Ability to prioritize workload and adjust to changing workload and priorities
• Proven problem solving and analytical skills, with the ability to integrate a variety of diverse concepts to arrive at a recommended approach
• PC skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
Work Schedule: 8: 00-5: 00
