Lien Release Specialist
$11-$13/hr
Location: Little Canada
Job Duties:
Data enter and create releases by understanding related mortgage documents
Position requirements: High School graduate or GED at minimum -- some college even better
Candidate should have mortgage experience with a minimum 3-6 months related experience in lien release or title search
Ability to use basic computer programs, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent time management skills as well as attention to detail
