- Responsible for receiving and resolving patient billing inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent plus 3-5 years customer service experience in a direct customer contact role
- Prefer 1 year related healthcare experience
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
- Keyboarding and computer skills required
- Medical terminology required
Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule
- Part time (20 hours per week)
- Day shift
- Occasional weekends
- Non contract
