Job description:
We are currently seeking a full time Mail/Materials Clerk to work at La Clinica in St. Paul.  Duties include:

  1.  Distribute incoming mail and send out daily clinic mail.
  2.  Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments.
  3.  Stock shipments and distribute orders to departments.
  4.  Order mailroom supplies and oversee the repair/maintenance of equipment.
  5.  Maintain current knowledge of postal regulations and communicate changes to employees.
  6.  Assist the Operations Support Manager with day-to-day operational duties.

Qualifications:

  1. Knowledge and ability to operate, maintain and repair property and equipment.
  2. Knowledge of plumbing and electricity.
  3. Ability to physically lift and move materials and equipment, and perform building maintenance tasks.
  4. Ability to work flexible hours, including evening and occasional weekend hours.
  5. Valid Minnesota driver’s license.
  6. Previous experience in general facility maintenance and security.
  7. Ability to communicate well with a variety of people.
