- Creating and Establishing HR Policies and Procedures

And to be a considered a good fit for this role, you also need to have:

- A Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred or pursuing Master's

- 5 years of progressive leadership in HR in a multi-state / multi-unit organization

- PHR or SPHR preferred

- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR team members

- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
