Large uptown clinic seeks assertive, task-oriented professional to assist with daily office functions.  Must be able to prioritize, think critically, and have strong knowledge of Word/Excel.

Candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated ability to organize work under pressure
  • Demonstrated ability to function with multiple priorities and interruptions
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Previous medical office experience preferred

Tasks will include:

  • Purchasing
  • Creation/Typing of documents
  • Support management team
  • Assist in maintaining of offices
