POSITION SUMMARY: The successful candidate will Operate P&P equipment(2 simple machines), support production work flow (parts, stenciling, and testing), and support fixturing and tooling. This is a major opportunity for someone to grow with a very successful business.
Experience Required: SMT assembly with 2-4 years P&P operations and 1-2 years set-up/programming.
Other Experience Desired: Electronic component assembly IPC-610 training/experience. Computer (Windows). Knowledge of ESD procedures. Solder paste/stenciling. Ability to problem solve Mechanical tooling/fixtures. Electronic component recognition. Simple electronic testing (DVM, etc..)
