Handle 80-90 calls each day in a professional manner
Provide customers with pricing, product information, parts availability, parts number changes, machine promotion, etc.
Handle customer complaints and provide resolution to ensure customer satisfaction
Process credits and rebills
At least 2 years of customer service, preferably in a manufacturing call center environment
Experience with ERP systems, such as BAAN
Strong computer skills
Professional phone skills
Organized and detail-oriented
College education preferred
