Gittleman Construction is an affiliate of Gittleman Management, a leading Twin Cities Community Association/Property Management company. We are seeking an experienced HVAC maintenance tech for our growing maintenance division working in our community association managed properties.
Must be experienced in Chillers, Gas boilers, A/C, Heating, Plumbing, Electrical and Controls servicing, diagnostics and repair. Boiler license required, good communications skills and professional work ethic are essential, Minimum 5 years experience required.
