Our southeast metro client is currently looking for an office assistant to work with their inside sales department. The primary functions of the position will be supporting the customer service department. Duties include entering orders, sending out information, filing, answering calls and acting as backup to the receptionist. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, self- motivated, flexible and enjoy multi-tasking. Must have strong Microsoft Office skills and be organized. This position will be Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30pm.
