Hours of Work: M-F 2pm-10:30pm The SPD Supervisor is the Materials Management Evening Supervisor, responsible for Supply and Equipment Storage, Inventory and Distribution; Linen Distribution and the Receiving Dock. This supervisor is also responsible for cost center(s) labor and expense budget monitoring, process improvement, supervising staff of varying job classes, scheduling staff based on customer needs, relating internal and external personnel in resolving supply issues. This involves critical just in time logistic decisions that have a high impact on the success of patient care.
Qualifications
Minimum Quals: BA/BS in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field and 3 years experience in non-healthcare supply chain supervisory role or 1 year experience in healthcare supply chain. Prefer CMRP, APICS and Central Processing Certification and 3 years supervisory in healthcare union environment.
