Top Talent is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable clerk for a client company located in White Bear Lake.  Position is temp to hire. Hours are M-F, 12-5pm.  Pay is $13-15/hr.

Job duties include:

  • Supports bookkeeping activities related to accounts payable
  • Match vendor invoices to corresponding documents, enter invoices into computer system, and prepare vendor payments
  • Reconciliation of company credit cards and expense reports
  • Maintain and update accounting files
  • Prepares purchase orders from approved requisitions
  • Answers phones and greets visitors
  • Supports document preparation, copying, filing, faxing, and mailing
  • Other duties as requested by management

Qualifications required:

Two year degree in accounting or previous accounts payable experience

Detail oriented with excellent organization skills

Good with numbers and multi-tasking

Excellent 10 key and data entry

Familiar with QuickBooks and Standard Bookkeeping Practices

High School Diploma
