Allina Commons is the Minneapolis-based headquarters of Allina Health, a not-for-profit health care organization serving patients and communities. Approximately 1,600 corporate and administrative service employees work at offices within Midtown Exchange, site of the historic Sears retail complex at Chicago Avenue and E. Lake Street. This community landmark, adjacent to the campus of Allina's Abbott Northwestern Hospital, is the second largest building in Minnesota and includes offices, an internationally themed public market and residential units.


Support the development and execution of marketing, public relations and communications plans. Write feature and editorial articles along with a range of business communications for print and electronic publication. Support the planning and production of marketing-communications from concept to distribution including collateral, publications, etc. Assist with employee communications including weekly newsletter, employee forums, and other projects as assigned. Plan events including establishing clear, measurable goals, theme, engaging key stakeholders and executing, ensuring appropriate system/brand presence. Identify opportunities to implement standardized approaches and work with marketing communications team to implement system-wide. Ensure Allina brand and graphic identity are maintained along with quality standards; apply corporate standards to different mediums, including print, web, electronic, etc.



  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum Three years marketing and communications experience
  • Health care experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills

Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule

  • Full Time Position (40 Hours/Week)
  • Day Shift
  • Work Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Non Contract
