Allina Commons is the Minneapolis-based headquarters of Allina Health, a not-for-profit health care organization serving patients and communities. Approximately 1,600 corporate and administrative service employees work at offices within Midtown Exchange, site of the historic Sears retail complex at Chicago Avenue and E. Lake Street. This community landmark, adjacent to the campus of Allina's Abbott Northwestern Hospital, is the second largest building in Minnesota and includes offices, an internationally themed public market and residential units.
Responsibilities
- Extract and analyze service history data by vendor, equipment type and item level
- Analyze recurring service contracts, contracting opportunities, trends, and corrective action
- Monitor vendor preventative maintenance while ensuring compliance and industry standards
- Provide data analysis for capital negotiations
- Source customer requests from Clinical Equipment Services around vendor contracts and desired analysis
- Identify issues and coordinate planning process to address hazard & recall requirements
- Identify potential contract opportunities by analyzing historical trends
- Participate in cross functional teams for the development of common policies and procedures
- Participate in supplier management programs including representation from all supply chain functions to review contract performance criteria and other supplier partnership commitments
- Work across team functions to assure appropriate level of team coverage
Qualifications
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, statistics or other comparable degree required
- Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience
Skills:
- Strong analysis skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficient in the use of MS office; including Excel and Access
- Proven track record and experience in data mining, data analysis, supply chain, purchasing and/or materials management
Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule
