MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: The purpose of this position is the preparation of loan documents for ProPartners Financial programs. This includes the promissory notes; security agreements; assignments of insurance; government payments; contract income; UCC forms, effective financing statements, real estate mortgages and any other forms necessary for the correct collateralization and enforcement of program loans. The incumbent assists the Loan Documentation Supervisor with the ProPartners Financial crop input and term finance program documents.

 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Incumbent must have a two-year degree in office management with emphasis on legal and financial documentation plus four years experience in a high volume loan documentation environment. Experience performing on-line UCC searches utilizing the Internet is a must. The document forms are generated from the PPF application software; WORD; UCC software, and other database sources. Excellent computer literacy and familiarity of the WINDOWS® family of software is mandatory. Experience in a national financing program with UCC collateral instruments filed across the United States presents a strong advantage. Experience in the field of agriculture is a plus.
