Bi-lingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative
Our client in the northern suburbs is looking for a bilingual technical customer support representative. Will be taking inbound calls from customers regarding print-on-demand systems as well as tracking orders. Must be fluent in English & Spanish and have 2-3 years call center experience. Professional phone manner, ability to resolve customer issues, multitask with projects, good data entry and Excel skills. Would like someone with experience using an AS 400 system or similar. Hours are 10:15 – 7:00 and must be able to work Saturdays from 7:00-2:00 with a day off during the week. Pay is $13-$15 – 3 month contract, possible temp-to-hire.
