Top Talent Solutions is looking for 8+ Customer Service Specialists to work direct hire for an exciting opportunity at an inbound call center located in Minnetonka starting in mid- January.
· Elicit and record customer information and inquiries, following prompts from a computerized system
· Retain customers by identifying reasons for the request to disconnect and overcoming concerns
· Maintain up-to-date understandings of Company products, programming, and marketing campaigns in order to effectively sell new or upgraded services
· Resolve customer complaints/concerns through active listening, empathy, and professionalism
· Align product and feature benefits and pricing to the need of the customer
· Recommend, promote, and sell the value of the products and services based on the customer’s needs and interests
· Meet or exceed budgeted retention goals for all product lines and demonstrate the ability to meet individual performance goals
· Demonstrate proficiency in technical troubleshooting of all product lines
· A high school diploma or GED
· One year of experience in customer service and sales
· Flexibility with schedule changes if needed
· Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
