The Patient Care Supervisor is responsible for supervising the operations of patient care staff. Provides work flow direction and supervision consistent with achieving department objectives. Other duties include achieving coordination, consistency, and integration in the operation of the clinic site, assisting in the development and implementation of policies and procedures, assisting in strategic planning and budgeting, and leading and/or participating in improvement projects/teams. Supervises all patient care staff, RN, LPN, and MA's. Willingness to provide supervisory duties at more than one clinic location within the Fairview Medical Group strongly desired.
Current MN RN license and BLC certification required. Two years of supervisory experience preferred. High level of creative problem solving skills and priority setting. Previous ambulatory care experience preferred. Willingness to work at various sites is encouraged.
