Duties:

  • Answer incoming calls from members verifying their accounts
  • Effectively listen and respond to member needs in order to build value of the programs
  • Strong sales “consultative” skills to sell our products to the customers
  • Explain the features and benefits of our the product in a persuasive manner
  • All calls must be handled in a professional manner, with a high level of quality, efficiency, and computer skill

Schedule

  • Full time schedules range from 6 a.m. – 12 a.m. Monday – Saturday
  • Shifts we are looking to fill immediately are 3:30 p.m. – 12 a.m 
  • Additional hours often available

Requirements

  • Strong sales experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Assertive and persuasive personality that can lead a conversation to a sale
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Able to pass drug screen and background check.
