Duties:
- Answer incoming calls from members verifying their accounts
- Effectively listen and respond to member needs in order to build value of the programs
- Strong sales “consultative” skills to sell our products to the customers
- Explain the features and benefits of our the product in a persuasive manner
- All calls must be handled in a professional manner, with a high level of quality, efficiency, and computer skill

Schedule
- Full time schedules range from 6 a.m. – 12 a.m. Monday – Saturday
- Shifts we are looking to fill immediately are 3:30 p.m. – 12 a.m
- Additional hours often available
Requirements
- Strong sales experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Assertive and persuasive personality that can lead a conversation to a sale
- Strong verbal communication skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Able to pass drug screen and background check.
