We are currently seeking Mechanical, Hydraulic and Electrical Assemblers for the Hamel area! A leading supplier of track maintenance machinery and services has immediate needs for skilled assemblers! 1+ years of experience in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical areas is required.
Job duties entail:
- Assemble and repair mechanical, hydraulic or electrical components according to required specifications
- Read blue prints, schematics or layouts
- Cut, trim and bend parts
- Utilize hand tools and power tools
- Troubleshoot as necessary
- Perform repetitive tasks
- Test parts for quality
We currently have openings for both 1st and 2nd shift. First shift hours are 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday - Friday, and second shift hours are 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM Monday - Friday. Starting pay for 1st shift is $17.18/hr, and 2nd shift is paying $17.78/hr.
Requirements
- Must supply your own tools
- Ability to work 50 hours per week/additional OT may be available
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-5 years of assembly/maintenance experience with mechanical, hydraulic or electrical components
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Must have Steel Toed shoes
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
- MOH Physical (vision, hearing, respiratory, back/lift, health history etc.)
- Possess basic technical knowledge
