Responsibilities
- Provides Mental Health clinical expertise in the areas of group facilitation, intake assessments, care and utilization management and direct patient care to patients requiring outpatient Mental Health services
Qualifications
Education/Experience:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program; B.A. N or B. S. N preferred
- BLS certification required
- Current Minnesota RN license
- 3 -5 years Mental Health experience
- Demonstrated experience with therapeutic group planning and facilitation experience required
- Utilization management experience highly desirable
Skills:
- Able to work independently, self-directed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong clinical knowledge base/expertise in Mental Health
- Ability to plan and facilities patient groups
- Strong teaching skills
Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule
- Full-time: 40 hours/week
- Day Shift: 8am - 4:30pm
- No weekends
- Non Contract

The city of Coon Rapids is a fast growing community on the Mississippi River just 20 minutes north of Minneapolis-St. Paul, and the metropolitan area's gateway to the northern part of the state.
