Our client in the Lakeville area is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team! This is a great opportunity with an amazing company! This person will be responsible for developing systems, automation, and other methods that will enhance the speed of production and improve material margins.
Duties:
· Accurately route new and updated drawings from the Engineering department
· Define and correct BOM structures
· Review, update, release, and implement ECOs and engineering files
· Create work instructions and work aids
· Interact with suppliers and support outsourcing initiatives
· Create departmental and layout designs for the plant
· Implement cost saving ideas and process improvement ideas
· Provide technical support for product-related toolbox projects
· Assist and lead programs to change plant layout designs
Qualifications:
· 4 year degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field
· 4-6 years experience in a similar environment
· Experience in thermal technology, solar, or carbon fiber industries is a plus
