St. Catherine University in St. Paul/Minneapolis is a comprehensive Catholic university with the nation’s largest college for women at its center. The School of Business and Leadership invites applicants for a full-time, non-tenure-track position with the Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership program (MAOL) at the rank of Assistant Professor beginning fall 2013. We seek creative, collaborative faculty dedicated to excellent teaching and scholarly activity in the field of organizational leadership and/or applied ethics.
Responsibilities: teaching six graduate courses annually in the MAOL program in the fields of leadership, organizational development, research methods and/or intercultural competence; advising graduate leadership action projects and theses; conducting scholarly research; and serving the MAOL program, the School of Business and Leadership and the larger university community.
Qualifications: Ph.D. (ABD with proposal defense complete will be considered) in organizational leadership, organizational development, intercultural competence, or related fields. Minimum of two years of graduate-level teaching experience with adult learners preferred.
