Occupational Therapist-Home Care

Plans, organizes, coordinates and controls a caseload of home care patients.


Will see patients primarily in the West and Southwest Metro. 


Minimum Education:

Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy


Minimum License/Certification/Registration:

Licensed as an Occupational Therapist and eligible to practice in Minnesota

Current CPR certification (BLS for Healthcare Providers)


Minimum Experience:

1 year recent clinical experience as an OTR in a rehab or acute care setting.

Ability to function in job role independently


Preferred Experience:

Previous home care experience


Additional Requirements:

Reliable transportation

Valid Minnesota drivers license (or license that matches your current permanent residence).

Current and adequate automobile insurance policy

Basic computer skills
