Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Recruiting Coordinator

Coordination of interviews for professional services candidates

Answers phone calls from temporary employees and responds to their questions and concerns

In-depth scheduling and coordination

Reviews job orders and matches employees with job requirements

Sourcing candidates from various search engines

Screening high volumes of resumes

Conducting weekly metrix reports

Communicating/coordinating with Director and Recruiters

 Assist with building company order -    Performs the duties required to increase sales primarily inside and assist with outside sales when needed

Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Compliance Coordinator

 

Provides administrative support by implementing systems, procedures, and policies, completing projects in support of compliance requirements

Supports recruiting office by collecting and coordinating internal compliance data to meet the guidelines of the Joint Commission

Complies with federal, state and local requirements, enforcing adherence to requirements, advising management on needed actions

Assists Director and Recruiters by answering questions and responding to requests
