Job Description:
Humera Administrative and Professional staffing is seeking a Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the timely execution of new projects. These projects will include new items, banner voids, line extensions, reformulations and redesigns. The Project Coordinator will work closely with cross functional teams, including Product Management, Sales & Merchandising, Packaging, Sourcing and Business Management. This is a short term contracted assignment.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the timely execution of new projects for Private Brands including new items, banner voids, line extensions, reformulations and redesigns
  • Utilize enterprise project management software to establish initial consensus timelines, monitor all assigned projects and act as facilitator for the team for on time delivery of all assigned projects
  • Initiate packaging information request process, working with supplier partners to collect and complete necessary forms to initiate packaging
  • Assist in managing internal teams through routing process
  • Send out keys to new vendors
  • Update vendor listing from training list
  • Update vendor list with who is registered to train (a new list is sent each week).
  • Assist India team with adding items to PLM - use the PB Master item list
  • Connect the suppliers to their items - a task will show up in the suppliers PLM Inbox. If they have not logged into the system for longer than 24 hours and they have a pending task, they should receive an email notification
  • Start projects in PLM - either as a new project or product maintenance
  • Enter data into the system

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to facilitate team meetings, create and deliver presentations, and drive meetings to action-oriented decisions
  • Ability to communicate difficult and sensitive information tactfully and confidently
  • Ability to follow written and verbal directions
  • Ability to drive to completion in adherence to aggressive project schedules
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues in a proactive, creative, and timely fashion
  • Excellent understanding of data analytic and statistical tools, capable of explaining the underlying concepts and principles
  • Ability to continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
  • Ability to work independently and on a team
