Client Services Representative

Vanco Services, LLC is seeking a talented and reliable individual for an entry level Client Services position. Recent grads encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
- Training clients via the phone
- Answering incoming calls and responding to inquiries from clients.
- Making outbound follow-up calls.
- Researching and troubleshooting issues.

Education
  2 Year Degree or equivalent experience

- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Excellent Problem Solving Skills
- Excellent Attention to Detail
- Ability to Learn Quickly and Work Independently
- Ability to Multi-Task in a Fast-Paced Environment
