Receptionist needed to manage a busy front desk. This position is responsible for answering very busy phones, greeting visitors, and assisting customers. Additional duties include data entry, typing, maintaining calendars, scheduling, filing, processing mail and keeping the office organized. Ideal candidates will be outgoing, friendly, have a professional phone presence and possess outstanding customer service skills. Must have proficient Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word skills.
