The Senior Director of Population Health Analytics is responsible for leading the Fairview Health Network analytics team, providing the organization with the framework, analysis and tools to accomplish its objectives.

Key aspects of the role include defining, developing and delivering clinical and financial analysis, performance evaluation, and management reports to inform stakeholders about current performance on its at risk contracts and identifying opportunities for improvement. This leadership position is responsible for  managing a team of analysts, building infrastructure, delivering program evaluation and recommendations for enhancement to existing programs, trend reports and metrics based on the highest priority needs of Fairview Health Network. Participates in tactical planning and works with operations to build tools for total cost of care and quality improvement. The Senior Director will coordinate efforts with other departments and key stakeholders to understand and prioritize work across the organization. The Senior Director must exhibit behaviors consistent with the organization’s standards and values of dignity, integrity, respect and compassion. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Finance, Math, Accounting or related field is required.
  • Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Ten years of previous healthcare related experience required.
  • Population Health Analytics experience preferred.
