Full Charge Bookkeeper with Job Costing Experience
Our client, a mechanical contractor in Bloomington, MN has an immediate opening for a full-charge bookkeeper with job costing experience. This is a full time position. Responsibilities include billings and collections, cash transaction management, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, job costing, reporting of payroll information to payroll service, data entry into Peachtree and management of the general ledger and month-end financial statement preparation. 3+ years of related experience required. Peachtree experience desired. A Bachelor's degree is a plus, but not required. Must be able to multi-task, be exceptionally well organized, follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment.
