Doherty Career Solutions has teamed with a leading manufacturing company in the Owatonna area to hire a Training Coordinator. This person will be in charge of training new employees both in the classroom and on the production floor, and will also provide extensive safety training.
Duties:
· Organize training materials, help develop new training manuals
· Prepare training presentations to train concepts in the classroom
· Familiarize new employees on proper safety procedures
· Hands-on training on the floor
· New employee orientation, teaching about company policies
Requirements:
· 2+ years of training experience, in classroom and/or production floor
· Associates or Technical degree is preferred
· Background in Manufacturing is highly preferred
· Forklift certified is preferred
