We are currently seeking a Senior Quality Coordinator to join HealthPartners Care Innovation & Measurement department. This position is responsible for managing projects related to healthcare improvement and will support project charter development, project plans & support execution to meet target timelines. This position will manage all aspects of the project with direct accountability for project execution to leaders and executive sponsors and will provide project management, group facilitation, data development collection and analysis, problem solving and process improvement skills.

Additional accountabilities include:

• Acts as a project manager or quality advisor on corporate strategic projects with overall accountability for project success partnering with the project leader(s).
• Develops and maintains project support by utilizing quality improvement methods and tools, standard methodologies, documentation, work plans, project management theory and project deliverables.
• Acts as a quality advisor while focusing on the team’s process. Will assist the leader and work with the team leader to plan upcoming meetings, support scientific approach, workflow design and facilitation, data design, collection, and display and will continually push the group to expand their approach to improvement and outcomes.
• Establishes and maintains effective communications with team leaders and team members, stakeholders, and sponsors. Communicates project status to identified stakeholders through routine status reports and meetings.
• Routinely evaluates team member performance, reports team member's progress, and provides evaluation feedback to appropriate leader.
• Initiates and maintains issues logs, taking responsibility for identifying and coordinating resolution of all technical and business issues.

This position requires a bachelor’s degree along with at least 4 years experience in healthcare and/or information systems and a minimum of 3 years project leadership and/or project management experience. This position also requires demonstrated project management skills with the ability to properly plan and execute on project deliverables using various methodologies and demonstrated CQI experience. In addition, this position requires demonstrated aim and measurement development and data analysis skills and excellent interpersonal communication and group process meeting skills. Healthcare improvement experience is helpful. Experience in CQI or Lean is required.
