Top Career Solutions has teamed with a leading Electronics company that supplies the Aerospace industry. We are recruiting for a Manufacturing Engineer which would be a direct hire opportunity.
Duties:
· Develop and validate manufacturing process improvements
· Coordinate installation of new equipment to improve manufacturing
· Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities on the manufacturing floor
· Prepare required documentation in support of manufacturing producs and processes
· Participate on new product development teams to plan manufacturing processes
· Provide hands on engineering support to resolve manufacturing issues
Requirements:
· 5 years experience as Manufacturing Engineer
· Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent is required
· Experience in the Aerospace industry, and/or with SMT soldering is requried
· Working knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing is preferred
· Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
