Call Center Member Advisor:
Humera, formerly Dolphin Staffing, is looking for a Call Center Member Advisor for a not-for-profit Credit Union in Faribault, MN. Primary Responsibility for this role:
  • Take a proactive approach to be the first to service every member
  • Create dialogue with members regarding their financial needs
  • Complete full financial profile to better each member's overall financial situation
  • Assist members with deposits, lending, investments and all areas of finance
  • Ensure accuracy with members finances and follow up processes
  • Challenge when you see opportunities to make our organization better for our members including but not limited to: practices that will enhance our cultural expectations
  • Provide creative solutions for each individual member
  • Identify member needs through effective questioning and active listening
  • Anticipate member's needs and make the necessary recommendations
  • Proactively initiate, take ownership and be engaged with our members, the organization and employees (MOE)
  • Create a strong relationship with each and every member
  • Make good decisions based on a mixture of product knowledge, analysis, experience and judgment
  • Consistently seek ways to enhance your knowledge and develop within your role and the organization
  • Provide solutions to remove barriers to make our members, the organization and you successful
  • Accountable and empowered to offer solutions to our members
  • Expected to offer and share knowledge to others that will enhance relationships

Schedule:
  • Monday-Friday the hours will be anytime between 7:30am-6:30pm
  • Rotating Saturday Schedule 8:00am -12:00pm
