Assists guests in the front office while applying high guest service standards.
1. Any combination of education and hospitality related experience to equal one year. 2. High school graduate or GED. 3. The ability to communicate basic information and ideas in spoken English so others will understand. 4. Basic computer skills. 5. Must be able to pass basic math and typing test. 6. Must be at least 19 years old.
1. Arranges and maintains guest accommodations regarding casino and hotel services, which include documenting and following-up on guest requests. 2. Greets and communicates current casino and hotel amenities, services, events, dining, entertainment and travel direction to guests. Promotes Club Mystic. 3. Maintains up-to-date records of available rooms. Takes telephone and walk-in reservations. 4. Utilizes software systems to properly access reservations, guest and group accounts, room availability and related information. Computes guest billing, makes necessary adjustments and collects payments by cash and credit card. Redeems promotional coupons and complimentary. 5. Resolves guest issues and concerns.
6. Sorts and distributes guest mail, messages, packages and amenities.
