This role is a contract role (potentially 6+ months and possibly to hire depending on internal factors) and will support various HR department professionals within a highly respected Twin Cities organization. You will prepare expense reports for a busy HR Executive, arrange travel, assist with event set-up, help out with creating PowerPoint presentations when needed, assist with reporting functions in the Talent Management software/HRIS, document HR policies and procedures, test functions in HRIS system etc.... These are a few of the projects you will be working on.
Must have: 2-5 years of HR support experience (recent). Excellent communication skills. Professionalism in person and on the phone. Great MS Office skills. Some exposure to a talent management software such as Brass Ring, Peoplefluent, etc....or experience running various HRIS reports. Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
The hourly rate is $30-$40/hour +/- depending on skills and experience.
