Loan Accountant

Loan Accountant needed in Mankato to serve AgStar’s internal and external clients by providing loan accounting services, analyzing requests and creating accounting system entries using appropriate procedures and accounting principles. Ensures a high degree of accuracy and exceptional service.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: This position requires an Associates degree in Accounting or related field and 3-5 years of related loan accounting experience, or equivalent. Relationship management and effective team skills are essential. Must have strong accounting, interpersonal and communication skills, combined with the ability to perform under deadline pressures. Must be detail oriented and be able to utilize computer technology with a wide variety of software applications. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
