Marshfield Clinic seeks creative, highly organized, highly productive public relations professional with exceptional writing and communication skills. The Communication Services Specialist must flourish in a fast-paced, deadline-driven corporate environment. Responsible for specific aspects of Marshfield Clinic's public relations and internal communications programs, and will assist in all Corporate Communications/PR areas as required. Principal emphasis will be placed on developing, editing and managing content for print and electronic communications for various target audiences of the Marshfield Clinic system.

Qualified applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of corporate communications, daily news or agency experience with a proven ability to gather data and write content for various media on a timely basis; proven ability to develop strong professsional relationships and work with diverse personalities within a complex health care environment; excellent writing/editing skills; strong interviewing/research skills; and ability to produce copy under deadline. Knowledge of Corporate Communications, design concepts and health care industry helpful. Experience in multiple media, including video, electronic, interactive media, preferred. Proficiency with word processing programs essential.
