Are you looking for Part-time hours? We have an Excellent Temp- to- Hire Opportunity in the southeast metro! Administrative Assistant needed to provide general clerical support to the administrative team and other staff members. Duties include to track and process incoming and outgoing mail and faxes, file and archive case information, preparation of scanning documents, recording and reporting data and supporting meeting preparation. The qualified candidate will have an Associate's degree, have proficient Microsoft Office skills, have excellent oral and written communication skills, have a strong attention to detail. 2-4 years' of office experience. 20-25 hours per week, flexibility in the schedule.
