Patient Care Supervisor, Oncology

This position is responsible for assisting the Manager/Director with department operations.  This includes supervision of personnel and projects as delegated, including but not limited to hiring, discipline and performance evaluations. This position will support the Oncology unit.  This position will have direct reports on both units.  This posiiton will cover mostly off shfts, and occasional w/e shift prn.   


Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree completed or currently enrolled in program to complete BA/BS requirement   or enrolled in BA/BS Program within 2 years of acceptance of position.   Minnesota RN license required. 3 years experience in oncology or orthopedics preferred. Experience in inpatient hospital setting and supervisory or management experience required.
