Patient Representative-Clinic

Greets and welcomes patients upon arrival (patients and visitors may be of all ages, neonatal to geriatric, and may have all degrees of disability, both mental and physical).  Scheduled patient visits.  Obtains, verifies and enters insurance and demographic information from patients and enters information into an account maintenance system. Verifies visit is in compliance with the insurance contract. Collects patient co-pays as needed.  Maintains high visibility and availability at entrance/exit/waiting rooms.  Provides direction and information.  Notifies patient care staff of patient arrival.   


Qualifications
High School Diploma/G.E.D.

  Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree
