Clerical Supervisor

The Clerical Supervisor would work at the main Orthotics and Prosthetics location in St. Paul and would have the primary responsibility for supervision and management of specified clerical staff.  This position would include the direct supervision of the clerical staff, determination of staffing levels and scheduling, management of workflows, interaction with other departments related to work expectations, and responsibility for managing equipment and supplies for the specific work areas.  This person would also have the responsibility to keep up with the specifics with orthotic and prosthetic coding and changes with regulations.  This person would report to the Senior Director of the department. 

AA degree or higher education with preference for a Bachelor's degree

1-3 years of health care office experience required. Supervisory experience preferred
