The Facility/Office Services Assistant position is an entry-level role in our Facilities Operations Management department that provides general administrative support, including maintenance of Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system and other facility records.  Provide back-up support to the Facility Services Coordinator on various facility related activities including facility requests, day-to-day building operations, security systems, HVAC system, and MAC form processing.  Coordinate safety team meetings, trainings and drills.

This position requires two years office based facilities and administrative experience combined with an enthusiastic, flexible approach. Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Visio is also required. Completion of AA degree in Business Administration or Office Management is highly desirable. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Our ideal candidate will also have working knowledge of Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system.
