Job Description:
Humera Administrative Staffing has an opening for a Senior-Level Administrative Assistant to work for our client, a financial planning company that treats each customer as an individual through creating customized plans tailored to their dreams and goals. The chosen candidate will be responsible for administrative support to the office staff of the CEO U.S. Asset Management and President.
  • Duties include typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, financial record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences
  • Provide administrative support to assist in project management and portfolio strategy
  • Report and analyze excel and access data
  • Prepare presentations, reports, ad hoc information
  • Update access and excel databases
  • Use excellent interpersonal skills when working closely with field and staff leaders, contractors, internal partners
  • Work on special projects and tasks as assigned

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
  • 9 or more years of prior administrative experience required
  • High level skills in all Microsoft Office applications (including Access and Excel)
  • Ability to work in a fast, high paced Executive Office
  • Familiarity with Outlook and Lotus Notes
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • A self-starter and ability to work independently
