Job Description:
Requires excellent customer service skills Overall, we need people who are able to go the extra mile, work hard, and thrive in a team atmosphere.

Primary Responsibilities:
Representatives are responsible for conducting phone interviews with borrowers. 200 outgoing calls daily. They need to provide quick and accurate problem resolution, enter status information and thoroughly document every call.

Education or Experience required for position:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Outbound Customer Service
• Strong & clear verbal communication skills
• Data Entry

Work Schedule:
8: 30-5: 30
